A very nice knife. I am impressed with ease of opening. The bearings are nice and smooth. The lock is nice and strong. Will buy more from this manufacturer.

I'd heard a lot of good things about Nedfoss, especially the Elf 3 Damascus, and ordered one. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I'm definitely disappointed. What I received seems much less spectacular than the product photos. You can feel the Damascus pattern very strongly, but it doesn't look as nice. Overall, the blade seems almost unspectacular and matte. I also thought a suitable Torx wrench would be included, but that wasn't the case, and I'll have to get one to remove the clip, as I don't have one.
The action is sluggish, maybe some oil will help.
A nice concept in itself, but in reality my knife doesn't do justice to the photos on the offer.
Perhaps I was just unlucky, or the etching wasn't perfect. In any case, I was hoping for much more when I saw the photos in the listing and also some videos with positive reviews. What a shame.
